About Tally
Tally is a personal home renovation cost tracker provided by an individual developer based in England. By creating an account and using the service you agree to these terms.
Use of the service
Tally is provided for personal renovation tracking purposes. You may use the service to record your own expenses, manage your own projects, and share projects with people you choose to invite. You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm others.
Your data
You own the data you enter into Tally. We do not claim any rights over your project information, expenses, or uploaded photos. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Tally is a record-keeping aid — it does not provide financial, legal, or professional advice.
AI features
Tally includes AI-powered features such as receipt scanning and product photo analysis. These features are provided as a convenience aid only. You should always verify figures extracted by the AI independently before relying on them. We make no warranty that AI extractions are accurate, complete, or free from error.
Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion is permanent and irreversible — all your projects, expenses, and uploaded files will be removed. See our Privacy Policy for details on what is deleted.
Service availability
Tally is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data retention, or continued availability of any feature. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any account that misuses the service, without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of Tally, including any inaccuracies in AI-extracted data or any loss of data. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
